HeatCare is independent. Chris fits Vaillant, Worcester Bosch and Baxi, and recommends whichever suits your house, your budget and the way you use hot water. He has fitted more Vaillants than anything else over twenty years and knows them inside out, which is a strength when that is the right boiler for you, and no reason to fit one when it is not. If a particular model is the wrong choice for your home, he will say so.
Before quoting, he looks at the system you have, how you use hot water, and what the pipework and flue will allow. The quote is one figure for everything: the boiler, the parts, the labour, the controls and the paperwork. No labour and materials split, no extras appearing on the day.
The job is done neatly. Have a look at the photos on this site. Straight pipe drops, tidy runs and a clean finish are the standard, not an upgrade.

The things people ask us.
Which boiler should I get?
It depends on the size of the house, how many bathrooms you have and how you use hot water. A combi suits most smaller homes. A system boiler with a cylinder is better where two showers run at once. Chris will recommend one and explain why.
How long does a boiler swap take?
A straightforward like-for-like swap is usually a day. Moving the boiler or converting the system takes longer, and the quote will say so.
Do you give a fixed price?
Yes. One figure for the complete job, in writing, before any work starts.
Will I be without heating and hot water?
Only while the work is being done. On a one-day swap you have hot water again by the evening.

He had also suggested changing the ignition parts which were completely worn down. 30 mins later the boiler was back up and running.
