What we collect
Your name and contact details, your postcode or address, what you tell us about the job, and any photos you send. If we do work for you, we also keep the records the law and the manufacturer’s warranty require, such as the Gas Safe notification and the Building Regulations certificate.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, quote the job and carry out the work, because you have asked us to.
- To remind you when a service or gas safety certificate is due, if you have asked to be reminded.
- To meet our legal obligations as a Gas Safe registered business.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to do the job: the boiler manufacturer when we register your warranty, Gas Safe Register when we notify an installation, and the providers that run our email and this website. They may use it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Records of work we have done are kept for as long as the warranty and the law require.
