His work is outstanding, he was incredibly neat and tidy, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He turned up on the date he said he would at the arranged time and got straight to work. Not only that, he is such a nice, kind person and if we could give him ten stars we would do. We most certainly would recommend him without a doubt.”

“After being told by British Gas our boiler no longer had parts available and would need replacing, we contacted Chris with pictures of the boiler who identified that parts were available and confirmed part numbers with the local distributor. 3 hours later (after 2 visits from British Gas) Chris arrived and replaced the failing parts. He had also suggested changing the ignition parts which were completely worn down. 30 mins later the boiler was back up and running. After almost 48 hrs without heating or hot water, Chris had restored our boiler and my 91 year old mother was very greatful. I recommend Chris and his business highly. He was professional, easy going and really knows his stuff. *****Five Stars*****”

I.e. he replaced a faulty valve on one of our radiators and fixed our thermostat to the wall all withing the quoted initial fee, which I think not every plumber would have done without asking for a few pounds more.
